Most people don't know they can fight back against AI decisions using real consumer rights laws — GDPR, EU Regulation 261/2004, ACA, DSA, and more. Fix AI lets you practice arguing against automated systems that wrongly denied your flight refund, insurance claim, visa, or job application.
Is this legal advice? No. Fix AI is a game to learn about consumer rights and how to argue with automated systems. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice. For real disputes (refunds, contracts, insurance, etc.) consult a lawyer or a qualified advisor in your jurisdiction.
Are the scenarios accurate? The cases are simplified for gameplay. Real laws (EU 261, GDPR, DSA, AI Act, etc.) vary by country and situation. Use the game to get ideas and terms to look up; do not rely on it for your actual rights or strategy.
Who is responsible if I use this in real life? You are. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on playing this game. Outcomes in the game are simulated and do not predict real-world results.

What we collect We collect your email address only if you voluntarily sign up for notifications. We assign a random player ID (stored in your browser) to save your game progress. We use PostHog analytics to understand how the game is used (pages visited, levels played, wins/losses). No personal information is attached to analytics events.

Who has access Your data is processed by us, PostHog (analytics), and Railway (hosting). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your rights You can request deletion of your email or progress data at any time by contacting hello@fixai.dev. EU residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure.
Cookies We do not use tracking cookies. localStorage is used only for game state (progress, language, achievements).
